Bit It's So Small.

If you give even a cup of cold water to one of the least of my followers, you will surely be rewarded.

Matthew 10:42 

 

I used to become envious of those people who were recognized for their huge ministries.  I would become jealous of their public deeds and plans for even bigger deeds. So much so that I figured "why bother, no one notices or cares?"  But then I remembered something I had read that went something like "Live to do good, even if no one notices." 

 

You see, in God's hands, the smallest seeds grow into huge trees.  In God's hands, the small stone from a brook can fell a giant!  In God's Hands, a cup of cold water can save a life. In God's hands, just a touch can heal. In God's Hands, a word can bring comfort. In God's hands, just being there can bring encouragement.  In God's hands, a smile can change someone's day.  In God's hands, there are no insignificant acts!

 

If we simply go about our lives doing small kindnesses for others, it DOES make a difference because in God's hands.....
